Co-founder

Arsi co-founded Kolos Health after over a decade spent in the healthcare industry. Prior to Kolos Health, he was a principal at Linden, an investor in and operator of high growth healthcare companies, with over $8 billion in assets under management. While at Linden, Arsi served on the board of directors of Aspirion Health Resources, a complex claims and denials RCM business, where he oversaw a tripling of the business. In this role, he helped drive Aspirion’s technology & automation strategy, working directly with Aspirion’s data scientists to achieve significant improvements in claim processing accuracy and throughput. Arsi is excited to apply this AI automation playbook at Kolos Health and its partner companies.

Scott is a seasoned leader in machine learning and knowledge work automation, with extensive experience developing technology to streamline complex business processes. Most recently, he led the data science and machine learning automation team at a regtech startup. There, he combined machine learning, large language models, and human-in-the-loop workflows to build automated systems for legal review, reducing costs by more than 20x. Prior to that, Scott founded and led PwC's AI advisory consulting group, guiding transformative projects for Fortune 500 clients.

Jim Bohnsack

Jim has over 25 years of experience in the RCM industry. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Aspirion, a complex claims and denials business serving the health system market. Jim’s RCM leadership experience also includes roles as Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer at TransUnion Healthcare, President & CEO at Strivant Health, SVP of Provider Growth at Ciox Health, and VP of Solution Management & Corporate Development at Conifer Health Solutions. Jim is also a Board Member at Janus Health and a Strategic Advisor at Nym and Healthy Engage.

Sloan Clardy

Sloan has over 28 years of experience leading software and professional services organizations serving the healthcare provider and payor industries. He is currently serving as Executive Chairman of the Board for HealthPrime International, and serves on the Board of Directors of Janus Health, Knowtion Health, and Switch RCM. Additionally, he serves as Board Advisor for Cylerity, Healthy Engage, and FinThrive. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of FinThrive, and previously served in senior leadership positions at Parallon/HCA, MedAssets, Accenture, and E&Y.

Jeff Diamond

Advisory Board

Jeff has over 15 years of RCM and healthcare experience. He is currently the COO at MDpanel, tech-enabled provider of expert medical opinions. Previously, Jeff was EVP of the Physician Solutions segment at R1 RCM, where he managed a team of 7,000 associates providing end-to-end revenue cycle services to the ambulatory and physician market. Prior to R1, Jeff held various leadership roles at LexisNexis, including President of the Healthcare Solutions division.

Paula Lawlor

Paula has over 35 years of experience in the RCM industry. Most recently, she served as President at CorroHealth, which she joined after CorroHealth acquired TCP Services & Analytics, a Mid-Cycle business that Paula founded and ran as CEO. Paula's RCM leadership experience also includes roles as EVP & President of North America at Nym, EVP at Ciox Health, President & COO at Accuity Delivery Systems and SVP, Revenue Cycle Management at Conifer Health Solutions.

David Shelton

David has over 20 years of experience in the RCM industry. Most recently, he served as CEO of Aidéo Technologies, an AI-driven medical coding automation technology business serving the RCM industry. David’s RCM leadership experience also includes roles as SVP of Operations at Firstsource, President & CEO at PatientMatters, and VP of Operations at Medical Advocacy Services for Healthcare.
